The Klinik RC 2 in 1 Lockdown carb system accomplishes 2 vital functions in a clean, simple and reliable package. This Multifunctional CNC machined aluminum clamping ring serves multiple purposes and can be used in virtually all 1/8 engine applications.
Air filter boot clamp:
Part 1: The Lockdown carb system replaces the conventional cheap zip tie and provides air filter boot clamping security that’s unmatched!! How many of us have destroyed an engine because the zip tie fails and the air filter flys off the engine? Don’t be that guy.
Part 2: The ring also serves as a holder for the throttle return o-ring. Placing the o-ring completely away from any objects that could cause possible damage and failure. Clamp secured using supplied m2.5 screw. Reusable indefinitely.
Carburetor Link:
The link attaches to any m2 throttle linkage rod and is even threaded to add extra security and reliability. The holder is adjustable to allow clearance of any objects that could cause possible damage and failure.
Silicone O-ring:
High Elasticity and Durability : The proprietary silicone material used is chemical and heat-resistant, ensuring that its elastic properties remain unchanged over time without loss of tension. Secure throttle return and stable tuning. Supports a consistent idle point, making engine tuning easier and allowing for more precise and repeatable adjustments.
